Rail
From Denmark Hill station you can catch a direct train to London Bridge and then change there to reach Waterloo East. You can either catch another train or take the underground 2 stops westbound on the Jubilee line.
Direct trains from Denmark Hill to London Bridge station run twice an hour and typically takes 12 minutes.

Tube
The closest underground station to Denmark Hill is Brixton which can be reached in 25 minutes on foot or you can take bus route 35. Brixton is on the Victoria line so you must change on the Northern Line at Stockwell station to reach Waterloo.
