The Mundells site is approximately 20 minutes walk from the rail and bus stations and town centre. Much of the residential areas of Panshanger and Haldens are also within a 20 minute walk.

Walking is a healthy form of exercise and can be enjoyed by everyone. It generates no pollution, is free and a green way to increase your fitness levels, with low risk of injury. At an average walking speed you can cover a mile in 20 minutes.

  • Relax! Go at your own pace.
  • Access all areas! Take shortcuts that cars can't reach.
Health benefits

Walking and cycling are good for your health, can reduce the risk of many diseases and an excellent way of losing weight.

  • Commuting by bike is cheap, green and one of the easiest ways to fit exercise into your routine.
  • Cycling is an ideal way for families to explore their neighbourhood and beyond.
